Very Bad Experience
I was promised and committed for Processing Fee Refund for my OD Loan. The only reason which I applied the loan. I don’t have any requirements but just to get the flexibility of OD loan and processing fee refund, I did Balance Transfer of my personal loan. I confirmed with the loan advisory (Deepak Kumar Singh) multiple times for the same and he promised me for the refund multiple times. After that I applied for it. After loan process was completed and disbursed, no refund of processing fee was made. Continuous follow up with Deepak Kumar Singh and waited for more than a month for it. And now he is not replying my message and he blocked me and no refund is made. They will make false promises to the customer to take the loan just for their own benefits and commissions. Paid about 13k as processing fee just for nothing.
